SITE SURVEYS: In order to be Audit Compliance, we carry out customized detailed surveys to match every application with the correct specific product. This is done through a photographic/visual survey of the full manufacturing facility. All the information is compiled and presented in a customized folder. Furthermore, the lubrication survey results in rationalizing the lubricants used, increasing plant efficiency, reducing downtime and extending lubrication intervals.

LUBRICATION& PLANT MANAGEMENT: Do you know that all ROCOLCARE® customers receive their own folder for this kind of management? This folder contains hard copies of the initial comprehensive survey and can be updated regularly with the ongoing completed lubrication task reports. It also contains all ROCOL® specific information like datasheets which can be used for audits.
